I am trying to write in algebreic form the area of a pool (width = 10' and length = 15'). I come up with (2x+10)(2x+15) but when I factor them out it does not seem right. I have 5 other questions related to this formula and I think this will get me going. Any help?

nPk = the permutation of n taken k at a time. Which of the following is equal to 10P4?

a) 10!/6!
b) 10!
c) 4!
d) 10!/4!

I know that a number followed by ! means to times that number out (3!=3*2*1) but I have no idea about how to divide them or what this question is even asking -_- So if someone could explain it to me that'd be really nice :) ( Oh and in simple terms too )
