Find it fast in the region
is an online health and human services database for residents in the Sacramento
area. It provides 24-hour access to basic community services providers,
including housing, food, health, and more. City, county, state, and federal government
programs are included, as well as programs operated by nonprofit agencies and
community groups.
How
do I find the information I’m looking for?
When
we use a phone book, we look under a word or words that name the service, like auto
repair or senior centers. This database works the same way.
Here
are three easy ways to search the database.
1) In Search All Topics, type in search words like
those listed below.
·
Seniors
·
Del Paso Heights
·
Disabled
·
Abuse
·
Sliding Scale
·
Medi-Cal
2) Select one of the main Topic Buttons, like Education or Health Care. Then
select a subtopic like Adult Education or College & Trade Schools for more
information.
3) More Search Options allows you to search using multiple categories. Follow
these simple steps to make the most of your search.
·
Choose the geographic
area using zip codes, cities, or counties.
·
Select a topic, like Education
or Health Care.
·
Select subtopics, such
as Clinics and Insurance.
·
Choose the target group,
like Children & Youth and Seniors.
·
Then hit search.
What
