Everard Davenport has many years of legal experience, having been a pension attorney with the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System since 1989. He has been a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas, the Chair of the TEXPERS Legislative and Resolutions Committee, and President of the Texas and the National Associations of Public Pension Attorneys.
